PyBeach 2025 will take place on Saturday, September 27th, 2025. Times are TBD, but the event will likely take place from 9:00AM to 4:30PM.
Our venue is the Illusion Magic Lounge located at 1418 4th St in the heart of downtown Santa Monica, California. It is a small 150-person performing arts space just next to the historic 3rd street promenade, and 4 blocks away from the world-famous Santa Monica beach and Santa Monica Pier.
The venue is conveniently located just off of the 4th street exit (exit 1A) on westbound Highway I-10. There are ample nearby parking structures in downtown Santa Monica which typically charge between $20-25 per weekend day to park.
The venue is a short 7-minute walk from the Downtown Santa Monica station on the Metro E Line, or via the Big Blue Bus Rte #1 along Santa Monica Blvd.
We plan to provide some small refreshments during breaks, however, to keep our costs low, meals will not be provided at this event. There are many great restaurants and cafes within a short walk of the venue.
At the conclusion of the day on Saturday, our venue hosts will open their lobby lounge and bar for attendees to relax and hang out if they so choose. Note that while the conference itself is welcome to all ages, the lounge will be serving alcoholic drinks after the event.
